We got excellent value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool was perfect for relaxing in the sun. The staff treated us like royalty, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing.

The breakfast option could have been better with a wider variety of choices.

We enjoyed personalized massages, yoga classes, and cooking lessons. Perfect for families!

My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children.

The room (actually the appartment) was very warm and very romantic...The staff was friendly but until 19:00 then there was noone there...I defenetly recomend it to someone who wants to really see the Toscany life....And i'll defenetly go back again....

A 24 reception would be good...and a restaurant for food...

A beautiful villa, very private and comfortable.

The location was amazing, with a sunny garden and being close to Italy and the nearest train station, plus the bridge from the Mona Lisa painting nearby was surreal, and the food was delicious!

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the nearest train station and tuscany rather than a relaxing stay. Dined at La Trippa di Lillo, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The room was fairly quiet and airy with sofa bed, had essentials required. Thoroughly enjoyed the perfect decor...

It was very relaxed,the rooms were huge and decor to a very high standard.

Not the hotel as such,it was the horse flies,they ate me alive!!when you came out the pool the were all over you!!

The staff here is very helpful, the location is great, the building and rooms are beautiful with a sofa bed, and there are plenty of food options for breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent with cappucino and juice and coffee/tea, and the restaurant's offer was FANTASTIC.

The hotel was very personal and the cleanliness was fantastic. The bathroom was beautiful with an amazing shower. The pool is kept in great condition and due to the location of the hotel, it was very easy to relax and unwind

The rooms were really nice and cozy, with a comfy sofa bed to relax on. They also had a stocked mini bar, central heating to keep you warm, and a TV with lots of channels to choose from 📺.

The premises are located near a main road and a bit noisy. The kitchen and media facilities (e.g. TV, internet, music) are somewhat outdated. Furthermore, paying for extra towels is not very welcoming.

The location here is fantastic and breathtaking, with free parking nearby; I have no complaints and plan to return.

As women traveling alone, we felt so safe and comfortable during our stay. The hosts were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel special. The spacious rooms and glorious pool area were perfect for relaxation. The dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, and we highly recommend trying their rose!
